Manish Jain is the Global Solutions Head for Wholesale payments and his responsibilities include designing industry solutions for Healthcare, Consumer and Retail sectors. A financial services industry veteran of 25 years, Manish has held variety of positions in both Retail and Corporate Banking covering treasury services, trade finance, consumer lending and credit card businesses. He has been instrumental in developing the client growth strategy for Global Payments, FX and Channels. He has also led the Digital Channels strategy and execution for Wholesale Payments with a focus on improving client experience. Prior to JP Morgan, Manish spent over 10 years at Citi and was the Global Head of eChannels responsible for online banking and connectivity platforms where he led digitization of Treasury Services products and services and simplification of user experience. Considered an industry expert in the electronic channels space, Manish also represents JPM in Corporate Access Group run by SWIFT. Manish holds an MBA in International Finance and a BE in Civil Engineering.
