Alison Held is Senior Product Manager at ChannelAdvisor, responsible for research and product direction for e-commerce destinations such as Amazon and eBay as well as Digital Marketing channels, such as Facebook and Google. She works closely with partners, clients, and ChannelAdvisor teams to stay up to date with channel developments and to optimize existing features for ChannelAdvisor customers. Before moving into the product management role, Alison worked directly with brands and retailers to establish and expand their online presence on a variety of marketplaces using the ChannelAdvisor platform.
